The geotechnical report dated July 31,2017 and subsequent memorandum dated October 16, <br /> 2018 prepared by MTC do not address the requirements of Everett's Critical Area Code, EMC <br /> 19.37.Note:the reports provided specifically recommend not reducing the current setbacks <br /> without reevaluation and further exploration.A new geotechnical report or memorandum must <br /> be prepared in accordance with EMC 19.37.080 and address the specific development activity <br /> and site plan.A handout regarding geologically hazardous area assessments is enclosed for <br /> reference. <br /> 2. Upon completion and acceptance of a satisfactory geotechnical report for the proposed <br /> development activity,a geotechnical covenant will be required in accordance with EMC <br /> 19.37.220.
