Ultimately it is the owner's choice to <br /> develop and live in a geologically hazardous area, and therefore the future consequences, both anticipated <br /> and unknown, are solely the responsibility of the owner. The discussions and interpretations presented <br /> herein are not intended to provide a warranty or guarantee of future site conditions.
