The following are existing documents associated with the permit: <br /> • Site Management Plan <br /> • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br /> • Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan <br /> As this site is already covered by the Department of Ecology under the Sand and Gravel General Permit, <br /> there is no need for additional coverage under the Construction Stormwater General Permit.
