This letter is in response to your Correction Notice dated August 11, <br /> 2016. We have addressed the structural corrections only. <br /> Correction#2 <br /> Provide a design prepared by a licensed WA State Structural Engineer for the retaining wall <br /> in the basement. <br /> The retaining wall has been designed. See sheet S3 and calculation pages F1-F6. <br /> Correction#13 <br /> The section drawings on sheet A-6.1 reference the structural drawings for anchor bolt size <br /> and spacing. The structural drawings do not clearly identify all walls in the basement. <br /> Provide a foundation plan and corresponding section drawings showing the size and location <br /> of all footings, foundation walls, with rebar placement, anchor bolt size and spacing. <br /> The structural notes on sheet S2 have been updated to specify typical anchor bolt <br /> size and spacing. The details on sheet S3 have been updated to reflect this. Sheet <br /> Si has been updated to more clearly show the new footings. <br /> With these corrections,the drawings conform to the intent of the structural design and the <br /> applicable structural codes. <br /> Sincerely, N S.
