We strongly believe the vote as it is scheduled to proceed is in direct conflict with the Governor's Proclamation regarding public meetings during COVID-19, and as a result has prevented Everett residents from organizing and communicating with their elected officials. We urge you to postpone this vote and table the issue until all residents have the opportunity to provide comments, where opportunity means adequate notice prior to the vote and methods of providing comment are not dependent on technologies that are not equal access.
