MARCH 11, 2015 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: March 4, 2015 <br /> Mayor's Comments <br /> Council Comments/Liaison Reports <br /> City Attorney <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,027,060.09 for the period of February 21, 2015 through February 27, 2015. <br /> (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,421,605.71.for the period ending February 21, 2015. <br /> (3) Authorize the closure of the alley directly behind 2923 Colby Avenue for a St. Patrick's Day <br /> Beer Garden from March 17, 2015, 9 a.m., to March 18, 2015, 2 a.m., sponsored by the <br /> Irishmen Pub. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement with the City of Edmonds for <br /> purchase of Police K-9 Kira in the amount of$1500.00. <br /> (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with CNJA Architects for the <br /> Main Library and Police Headquarters Masonry Restoration Project in.the amount of <br /> $76,840.00. <br /> (6) CB 1502-5 —3`d and final Reading-Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Indigent Defense <br /> Services and repealing Ordinance No. 3120-09. <br /> (7) Concur with recommendation of Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and Budget Finance Chair <br /> to accept long term obligations of Hotel Motel Tax as submitted and to allocate grant funding <br /> as designated in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 and Authorize the Mayor to sign the <br /> contracts. <br /> (8) Authorize Professional Services Agreement with Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, LLC to conduct an <br /> audit of the Fire Department's Medicare billing compliance and reimbursement with an <br /> approximate cost of$15,000.00. <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
