I signed off on both permits <br /> on the same day; I can only assume that since the proposals are nearly identical (with the exception of the open space <br /> depth)the landscape plan may have been mixed up while processing.Apologies for the inconvenience. <br /> Unless you would like to propose an alternative landscape plan that meets the appropriate requirements, I am <br /> comfortable with allowing the approved plan for 3814 Hoyt be utilized for 3323 Hoyt as well. I have left a copy of the <br /> 3814 Hoyt landscape plan in Will Call at our Permit Services Counter for pick-up.
