The improvements were completed at a cost of $1,663,347. There were two change orders during the construction phase, Change Order #1 was authorized by Council on 10/23/13 and Change Order #2 was authorized by Council on 2/19/14. The two change orders covered costs and quantities for additional work within the I-5 limited access interchange area. The increased cost due to these change orders requires a closeout amendment to the project budget of $170,546.
