Lessons Learned <br />The Washington cities that have A.I.A.s have foun <br />that there is usually some push -out of the alcohol <br />related issues <br />The cities have amended their product lists to keep <br />up with changes made by the alcohol manufactures. <br />They also recognized that some products not being <br />consumed in large volume prior to the establishment <br />of an A.I.A. were now in high demand by the chronic - <br />public inebriants. <br />
