I City of Everett Engineering/Permit Services, 425-257-7813 <br /> DATE: 2/22/2019 <br /> SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Fire Sprinkler Permit Application <br /> PROPOSAL: Install new fire sprinkler system for triplex <br /> LOCATION: 3623 Hoyt Ave, Units 1, 2, 3 <br /> PERMIT#: K1901-004 <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br /> revisions should be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br /> 1. Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at SFandler@everettwa.gov(or 425-257-7813),or <br /> the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question.Please note that these comments <br /> are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works(civil)plans only. The applicant <br /> team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br /> once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet:(1)available at the Permit Counter(and included herein for your <br /> use upon resubmittal). <br /> ii. Plans: (3) full size sets of revised plans,plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Provide (3) sets of revised calculation packages as required. Calcs must be <br /> designed per NFPA 13R Standards(not 13D). Confirm that the originals were 13R <br /> or resubmit to reflect this update. <br /> iv. Provide 3 sets of cut sheets for the DCDA backflow prevention device that is to be <br /> installed in a vault at the property line. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:OOpm and from <br /> 1:OOpm-4:OOpm (closed between 12:OOpm-1:OOpm for lunch). <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
