Surinder May 4, 2017 <br /> The site consists of a 6,443 square foot parcel (0.15 acres).The site address is 3621 Hoyt <br /> Ave, Everett, WA 98201-4719. The tax parcel number is 00451401101100. There are no <br /> wetlands on the site or downstream of the property.The site currently has an existing house, <br /> several walkways, a patio, 2 sheds, and a concrete parking area along the east edge of the <br /> property. The existing impervious area occupies approximately 54%of the lots total area,thus <br /> • the proposed project is defined as a redevelopment. This project will propose the removal of <br /> • the sheds, patio, east walkway, and some of the trees on site.The project proposes the <br /> construction of a triplex to be located east of the existing residence, a walkway that will run the <br /> length of the south property boundary, and a 5 space parking area to replace the existing <br /> concrete parking pad adjacent to the east property boundary and the alleyway.
