Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> 2.0 Site Description <br /> 2.1 Existing Conditions <br /> The majority of the site is open gravel areas with scattered shrubs and small trees. The <br /> Snohomish River is approximately 400 feet east of the site. <br /> The runoff from the site ultimately discharges into the Snohomish River which is an exempt <br /> water body per Appendix I-E in the Department of Ecology 2012 Stormwater Management <br /> Manual (DOE Manual).
