Install driveway apron per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. Prior to pouring concrete, an inspection must be scheduled to evaluate the formwork. The inspector must also evaluate the base course prior to asphalt paving of the parking lot. 11. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector.
