Executive Summary <br /> Project Name: Central Park SFR <br /> Site Location: 16xx 46th St SE, Everett,Washington <br /> Tax ID: 00407801202200,which accounts for 0.18-acres and is located within S31 <br /> T29N R5E. <br /> Client: Eagle Country Construction, Inc. <br /> Project Staff: Kyle Legare, Principle/Wetland Ecologist <br /> Field Survey: Conducted on September 9,2016 <br /> Determination: One Category 3 wetland was identified on the subject site based on a detailed <br /> site review.The wetland was rated using the Department of Ecology's 2014 <br /> updated form and received a habitat score of 4,which requires a standard 75- <br /> foot buffer. The wetland is bisected by the existing paved pedestrian path that <br /> is located along the eastern boundary. <br /> Proposed Project: The proposed project is a single family home with access driveway, utilities,and <br /> stormwater management. The applicant is proposing to reduce the standard <br /> 75-foot buffer to a minimum of 50-feet for a total buffer impact of 3,858 SF <br /> Additionally,approximately 303 SF of buffer and 391 SF of wetland area will be <br /> temporarily impacted during for the construction of a stormwater outfall. 1 <br /> a <br /> The applicant is proposing mitigation measures to offset these impacts in the <br /> form of restoration and enhancement.
