The proposed project includes the construction of a new single family home that will result <br /> in the permanent impact of 1,670 SF buffer area, 303 SF of temporary buffer impact, and 391 SF of <br /> temporary wetland impact. Mitigation measures include the restoration of all temporarily impacted <br /> area and enhancement of the remaining buffer area.
