The property inspection conditions revealed the following: The property east side,along 13th Avenue W,exhibits an unpermitted property alteration with no curb cut, requiring a motor vehicle to drive over the public right of way sidewalk to the graveled area leading to property parking in the property fenced backyard. A City of Everett Records Permit Services search for current City of Everett Public Works Permit revealed there is no City of Everett, Public Works Permits applied from the property owner or the property owner's hired contractors or issued to hired contractors of the property owner or property owner for the unpermitted property code violation of an alteration without permits to the property. Your assistance and cooperation is being requested to correct the property conditions.
