GeoTest's services took place from 7/21/17 <br /> through 8/24/2017. Our testing and inspections included the following scope of work: <br /> TEST/INSPECTION ITEM REFERENCE <br /> Field Density-Moisture Reports FD001 — <br /> • Earthwork FD005; Sieve Proctor Report SP001; and Soil <br /> Observation Report S0001 <br /> • Proprietary Anchors Expansion Anchor Inspection Report AA001 & <br /> AA002 <br /> To the best of our knowledge, work requiring special inspection for the project to date has <br /> been completed and is in conformance with the approved project plans and specifications <br /> and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code.
