Ted de Budden <br /> From: Ted de Budden <br /> Sent: Tuesday, May 15, 2018 2:15 PM <br /> To: Donald Cunningham <br /> Cc: Tony Lee; Bruce Bosman <br /> Subject: RE: 624 93rd St SW <br /> Don, <br /> I have reviewed your photo attachments and file records related to your inquiry about the large attached structure to <br /> the west of the main house located at 624 93rd St.SW. <br /> I offer the following observations and findings. <br /> I have been unable to locate permits for the structure that was documented in the assessors photo records as an <br /> attached partially open carport. <br /> Your recent photos indicate that the "carport" has been altered to create a fully enclosed structure. <br /> Additionally, I have been unable locate permits for the enclosure alteration work conducted on this portion of the <br /> building. <br /> The chimney installation would also require a permit,(IRC section R105.1) I have been unable to locate a permit for the <br /> chimney installation. <br /> In summary, my findings indicate that because the structures in question lack required permits and approvals,the <br /> structures are therefore Unlawful as defined by code.
