The <br /> carpet on the stairs should be removed and different <br /> sizes of plywood applied on stairs to bring them up to <br /> even. Maintaining the old stairs to fire code. <br /> 13. Not necessary as I removed the old landing and <br /> designed in a new concrete partial floor for that area. <br /> Page 10. <br /> 14. The hallway was a real mess and you are using <br /> new code designs for an old building. I designed the <br /> hallway as best as I could to get what you want. If <br /> you have any better ideas please let me know. <br />
