This year,the 2015 to 2019 Consolidated Plan,which is done every 5 years,is included. The Consolidated Plan was put together in coordination with Snohomish County, City of Marysville, Housing Authorities of Snohomish County and the City of Everett. The funding for public services and projects includes the Community Development Block Grant program,HOME,2060 Housing Trust funds,and program income related to the CHIP housing rehabilitation program. The Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community Development is recommending this funding and policy plan for City Council consideration. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution concerning 2015 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan, other funding sources,project implementation, and adoption of the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan authorizing the Mayor to sign and submit these documents with the application. 9
