The current lease term ends on April 30, 2015. <br /> The proposed lease would be for a new 5-year term commencing on May 1,2015, and terminating at <br /> midnight April 30, 2020. The proposed rate for the leased space would be $23,898.91 per month for the first <br /> 24 months of the lease.
