The current lease term ends on April 30, 2015. <br /> The proposed lease would be for a new 5-year term commencing on May 1,2015, and terminating at <br /> midnight April 30, 2020. The proposed rate for the leased space would be $23,898.91 per month for the first <br /> 24 months of the lease. An annual increase of 3%would apply to years 3, 4, and 5 of the lease term. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute Lease Agreement with Workforce Development Council Snohomish County <br /> for space at Everett Station. <br /> 93 <br />
