Knowledge Of An Occurrence,Offense,Claim Or Suit <br /> Paragraphs 1. and 2. apply to the additional insured only when such"occurrence", offense, <br /> claim or"suit"is known to: <br /> a. The additional insured that is an individual; <br /> b. Any partner, if the additional insured is a partnership; <br /> C. Any manager, if the additional insured is a limited liability company; <br /> d. Any"executive officer"or insurance manager, if the additional insured is a corporation; <br /> e. Any trustee, if the additional insured is a trust;or <br /> f. Any elected or appointed official, if the additional insured is a political subdivision or <br /> public entity. <br /> F. Other Insurance <br /> With respect to insurance provided to the additional insured shown in the Schedule, the Other <br /> Insurance Condition Section IV-Conditions is replaced by the following: <br /> 1. Primary Insurance <br /> a.
