t <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus _ <br /> and authorizing their disposition. <br /> Whereas,the City has a 1997 Navistar Aid Car(#V0045)and a 1997 Ford F800 Dump Truck <br /> (#J0017)with Snow Plow(#N0010)and Sander (#N0007)in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to <br /> `the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for <br /> surplusing or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance <br /> 2963-06 a public auction is the disposition method that best meets the <br /> City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the - <br /> estimated value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing <br /> the above-referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,it is hereby resolved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Everett: -- <br /> 1. The 1997 Navistar Aid Car(#V0045), 1997 Ford F800 Dump Truck(#J0017), Snow Plow <br /> (#N0010) and Sander (#N0007) are no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
