To Everett City Council 5 6 15
Dealing with BNSF has been interesting, as you know, since the city is forced to
deal with BNSF continuously.
If my wife Melinda Bargreen and I (Howie Bargreen) were dealing with a
company, a government like your city of Everett, or an individual citizen, I am
sure we would have worked out an agreement.
Because we are dealing with BNSF, we need to ask you, the Everett City Council
for help in keeping our house safe. Safety for citizens is the job of all cities, and
we heed help.
1. We need help keeping the proposed BNSF work in front of our house from
damaging the hill and causing our house to slide.
2. We need help keeping our house safe from the homeless that live in the
Pigeon Creek region from breaking into our house, because the proposed
BNSF work will make a road from the tracks to our house.
3. We need help from future expenses that the BNSF project may cause.
Howie Bargreen
