Additionally, temporary controls during construction <br /> wok <br /> must be i 'comp lance with Se tion 8A-5, "Traffic Controls During Construction and Maintenance" of the <br /> Uniform Traffic Control Device Manual, U.S. Department of Transportation. <br /> ['OPTIONAL -1E FOLLOWING PROVISIONS IF NECESSARY: <br /> Due to the high volume of pedestrian traffic on Road/Avenue, a temporary pedestrian <br /> crossing with automated warning devices will be installed and removed upon completion of construction <br /> of the new grade separation structure. Such pedestrian crossing will be governed by a separate <br /> agreement between the parties hereto. <br /> Agency must also install and maintain fencing which will direct pedestrians around the construction site. <br /> 19 <br />
