At this time, a new ordinance is needed to reflect the changes in wholesale <br /> water customers over the last 26 years. The proposed new ordinance would add the following members to the <br /> Everett Water Utility Committee: Marysville,Arlington, Sultan, Tulalip Tribes, Cross Valley Water District, <br /> Highland Water District,Roosevelt Water Association,and Three Lakes Water Association. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance establishing an Everett Water Utility Committee and repealing Ordinance No. 1604-89. <br /> 63 <br />
