4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Thornton A. Sullivan <br /> Park Capital Construction Project",Fund 354,Program 016,as established by Ordinance <br /> No. 2474-00. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Thornton A. Sullivan Park Capital <br /> Construction Project",Fund 354, Program 016 was established for a variety of purposes <br /> including master planning,engineering, environmental analysis, architectural and <br /> structural analyses of the park's buildings and to fund design and construction costs; <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"Thornton A. Sullivan Park Capital Construction Project", Fund 354,Program <br /> 016 be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Thornton A. Sullivan Park Capital <br /> Construction Project", Fund 354, Program 016, are as follows: <br /> A.
