PanGE®
INCORPORATED
Geotechnical&Earthquake
Engineering Consultants
September 16, 2016
PanGEO Project No. 16-210
MVM Development and Construction
19528 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 573
Tarzana, CA 91356
Attn: Mr. Gil Moalem
Subject: Geotechnical Report
Proposed Development
11229 - 19th Avenue SE, Everett, WA
Dear Mr. Moalem,
As requested, PanGEO, Inc. is pleased to present this geotechnical report to assist the project team
with the proposed development at 11229 - 19th Avenue SE in Everett, Washington. This report
documents the subsurface conditions at the site and our geotechnical recommendations for the
proposed project.
In summary, based on test borings drilled, the project site is generally underlain by fill up to 8 feet
deep overlying medium dense to very dense sand and gravel (Glacial Drift deposits). Based on the
subsurface conditions and current design plans, it is our opinion that the proposed buildings may be
supported on conventional footings combined with foundation soil over-excavation and backfill.
Due to the relatively deep fill at PG-1,alternatively,Building E may be supported by small diameter
driven steel pile (pin piles).
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service. Should you have any questions, please do not
hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
H.
