4.1 STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE <br /> In accordance with W.A.C. 296-62-00721 and PSCAA Regulation III, Article 4, Washington Asbestos <br /> Testing LLC performed an asbestos survey for property address 2222 106th St SW, Everett, WA <br /> 98204.
