• <br /> June 10, 2020 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher inquired about a requirement to maintain the <br /> facade of the Culmback Building. Discussion ensued regarding some protections <br /> reserved for the Historical Commission, valuation, remodel of the building, and <br /> sales agreement covenants. <br /> Paul Kaftanski, Administration, stated that an offer document could be crafted <br /> with a commitment to maintain the facade of the building.
