• <br /> June 17, 2020 <br /> Council Member Murphy provided an update from the Public Facilities District. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided an update from the Sound Transit Board. <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported on her attendance at the Cascade View / Twin <br /> Creeks neighborhood meeting. She also provided an update on a National League <br /> of Cities resolution that is being drafter that addresses the use of force by <br /> municipal law enforcement. Council Member Vogeli asked to move Consent <br /> Agenda Items No. 2 and 3 to the Action Agenda for the purpose of discussion. <br /> President Tuohy stated Consent Agenda Items No. 2 and 3 would be moved. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper provided an update on additional surplus properties, <br /> including the Woods Creek property. <br /> 0 <br /> Council Member Roberts stated that General Government Subcommittee will <br /> work with Administration on the potential surplus of the Woods Creek Property. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall requested a 30-minute executive session regarding a legal <br /> matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(i)(3) with no action to follow. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> The following people provided public comments to City Council via email: <br /> • Lisa Maritz <br /> • Ryan Weber <br /> Joe Kunzler, Skagit County, spoke about Everett Transit. <br /> • <br /> 178 <br />
