When will Rucker Avenue open to thru traffic from Everett Ave to Pacific Ave? I have noticed <br /> other projects are being completed but this one just seems to linger. <br /> 2. When is the expected opening date of the West Marine View Drive Pedestrian Bridge to the public? <br /> There does not seem to be any news of these two projects while other projects are being done by <br /> the city and contractors. The timeline was spring 2020 but its now summer 2020.
