NOTICE OF HEARING • WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Everett and with the City Council, a petition for the vacation of that portion of the north/south alley lying north of Wall Street between Oakes and Rockefeller Avenues and legally described as follows: THE ALLEY OF BLOCK 685, PLAT OF EVERETT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 3 OF. PLATS, PAGE 32, RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY, ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH 22.99,FEET OF LOT 1;ALL OF LOTS 2,3,4, 5,16,17,18,19, AND THE SOUTH 21.87 FEET OF LOT 20; AND THE ALLEY OF BLOCK 685, EVERETT LAND COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION TO EVERETT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 3 OF PLATS, PAGE 20, RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY, ADJACENT TO ALL OF LOTS 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,AND 16. ALL SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH,STATE OF WASHINGTON. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution fix the 20th day of May, 2015, at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at 3002 Wetmore Ave in the City of Everett as the time and place for the hearing of said petition and the City Clerk of the City of Everett was directed to give notice of said hearing in the manner prescribed by law. • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a hearing will be held on said petition on the 20th day of May, 2015, at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at 3002 Wetmore Ave in the City of Everett, and NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person or persons desiring to be heard with reference thereto may appear at such time and place and may be heard at said time.
