The vehicle is <br /> available from a competitively bid Snohomish County Fire District 3 contract. The City has an interlocal <br /> agreement with District 3 allowing the City to make purchases from their competitively awarded contracts in <br /> lieu of soliciting bids on its own. <br /> This vehicle is on the 2016 Vehicle Replacement Schedule and will replace a 1999 Road Rescue aid car. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Purchase of one Braun NW <br /> North Star Aid Car from a Snohomish County Fire District 3 contract in the amount of$177,792.89 <br /> including Washington State Sales Tax. <br />
