ACTION ITEMS: • (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to Aquatic Lands Easement Agreement with Washington State Department of Natural Resources for waterline crossing at Pilchuck River. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Priority and Subordination Agreement for the Silver Lake Cottages and to sign necessary documents, as approved by the City Attorney's Office, to implement the Agreement substantially in the form provided. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement to Confirm Subordination of City Loan Documents for the Silver Woods Apartments and to sign necessary documents, as approved by the City Attorney's Office, to implement the Agreement substantially in the form provided. (10) Award Bid 2015-030 for annual supply of Calcium Nitrate to Two Rivers Terminal LLC in the amount of$106,470.00 including Washington State sales tax. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with GeoEngineers for the Lake Chaplain Road culvert replacement project in an amount not to exceed $42,867.00. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the CMAQ Grant Agreements with the Washington State Department of Transportation at no cost to the city.
