Machias Road and north <br /> of Three Lakes Road near the City of Snohomish. <br /> A larger Temporary Construction Area to complete the project is necessary than what was originally <br /> anticipated. Exhibit B of the original agreement legally describes the Temporary Construction Area that was <br /> to be used for the project. The attached Amendment replaces the legal description of the Temporary <br /> Construction Area providing for the larger area. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to Aquatic Lands Easement Agreement with Washington State <br /> Department of Natural Resources for waterline crossing at Pilchuck River. <br /> 71 <br />
