Machias Road and north of Three Lakes Road near the City of Snohomish. A larger Temporary Construction Area to complete the project is necessary than what was originally anticipated. Exhibit B of the original agreement legally describes the Temporary Construction Area that was to be used for the project. The attached Amendment replaces the legal description of the Temporary Construction Area providing for the larger area. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to Aquatic Lands Easement Agreement with Washington State Department of Natural Resources for waterline crossing at Pilchuck River. 71
