This ordinance would adopt the changes to the State law to provide <br /> additional enforcement tools against disabled parking violators. <br /> • This ordinance would update EMC 46.28.200 to clarify that violating reparking restrictions in the central <br /> business district is a type of overtime parking violation and may be cited as such. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> An Ordinance Updating References to State Vehicle Registration Laws and Regulations to Disabled and <br /> Overtime Parking and amending ordinances in Section 13. <br /> 9 <br />
