(9) Authorize the purchase of four Ford Chassis Cabs from State Contract 03813 in the amount of$194,083.40 including Washington State Sales Tax. (10) Authorize purchase of playground equipment, including installation, from King County Directors Association Contract#15-315 with Sitelines Park and Playground Products in the amount of$221,049.83, including Washington State sales tax. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Whatcom Transportation Authority. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Drivers and Plate Search (DAPS) Use and Disclosure Contract No. K5470, with Washington State Department of Licensing at no cost to the City. (13) Approve the Lawsuit Settlements with Frank Blair, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Sheena Blair, deceased, in the amount of$100,000 and Luis Reyna in the amount of$150,000. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Master Service Agreement with AlertSense, Inc. for the Everett Fire Department to utilize technology and other related services to provide emergency notifications in an expeditious manner. (15) Approve the Applications for Public Fireworks Display permits from Wolverine West, LLC, for the 2015 summer Aquasox games.
