That would have a very serious detrimental effect on the project. <br /> That all said, in the meantime we are avai€able to brief City Council whenever <br /> • City Council would like on Riverfront progress. Of course,with respect to the tenant <br /> negotiations, we will have to be vague, for the reasons already explained.
