The Braeburn Pear, located on Colby Avenue,just north of Everett,was <br /> part of the downtown rotating sculpture exhibit. The Pear has become a well-loved icon on Colby <br /> Avenue and the Cultural Arts Commission recommends adding it to the City's Municipal Arts <br /> collection.
