I gained <br /> knowledge of the public process and importance of balancing economic <br /> growth and overall livability of our City. <br /> • Vice President and Manger of Charter Title <br /> Provided title and escrow services for Snohomish County residents and <br /> businesses. <br /> • Vice President of First Western Development Company, Lynnwood, WA <br /> Actively involved in the development and financing of shopping centers, <br /> office buildings and special use properties. This experience provided a <br /> perspective from the development side of the need to implement policies <br /> and zoning that facilitates good development. <br /> • Served as a senior officer in northwest banks specializing in real estate <br /> construction and finance.
