The State funded the project with <br /> $199,000 administered through the Department of Ecology. The plan will include evaluations and <br /> recommendations for potential projects related to wetlands, habitat, recreation, agriculture and infrastructure. <br /> within the Marshland area. This work will be done within the time frames of the agreement. In the near <br /> future a contract with the selected consultant will be presented to the City Council for review and approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Grant Agreement No. G0800312 between the State of Washington Department <br /> of Ecology and the City of Everett for the Marshland Sub-Area Plan in the amount of$199,000. <br /> 9 <br />
