The contractor put up a Retainage Bond in Lieu of retainage being withheld. <br />By Council approving this action, the 2007 Hot Mix Asphalt project will be accepted as complete and the retainage <br />bond will be released. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Accept 2007 Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of <br />Completion with Rinker Materials dba Cemex allowing release of the retainage bond. <br />
