The amounts paid the contractor under this contract are as follows: Amount paid to date is $1,401,700.09. Retainage amount withheld is $73,773.69. The total contract amount after payment of retainage is $1,475,473.78. With Council's approval, the Broadway at Beverly Boulevard Improvements Project will be accepted as complete and the retainage in the amount of $73,773.69 will be released. RECOMMENDATION: Accept the Broadway at Beverly Boulevard Intersection Improvements Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Thomco Construction allowing the release of the retainage in the amount of $73,773.69. 7
