- ORDINANCE NO. 41057 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett, Washington, adopting a plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of certain additions and improvements to the water supply and distribution system of the City; declaring the estimated cost thereof; and providing for the issuance and sale of $10,000,000 principal amount of water revenue bonds of the City to provide funds to pay such cost. WHEREAS, the existing water supply and distribution system of the City of Everett is in need of certain additions and improvements in order to properly supply the City, its inhabitants and people living in the vicinity thereof with an adequate supply of potable water for all needs and uses; and WHEREAS, in order to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and installing such additions and improvements to such system it is deemed necessary and advisable that the City issue and sell its water revenue bonds in the principal amount of $10,000,000; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The following plan for the acquisition, con- struction and installation of additions and improvements to the water supply and distribution system of the City is hereby specified and adopted, to wit : The City shall acquire, construct and install the following: A water transmission line to be known as Pipe Line No. 5, being 51 inches in diameter, constructed of steel with coal tar enamel protective coatings, complete with valves, fittings and appurtenances beginning at the southerly tip of LAKE CHAPLAIN located in the NE 1/4 of Sec. 6, Twp. 28 N., R. 8 E.W.M.; thence along and adjacent to the City's existing pipeline No. 1 through the SE 1/4 of said Sec. 6, Twp. 28 N., R. 8 E.W.M.;
