s . . + <br /> beginning at the City's existing reservoir No. 3 at a point <br /> 200 ' south and 200 ' east of the southerly end of Highway <br /> Place; thence westerly 200' and northerly 200 ' to the southerly <br /> end of said Highway Place; thence northerly in and along said <br /> Highway Place to Evergreen Way; thence continuing northerly <br /> in and along Evergreen Way to 52nd St.; thence easterly in <br /> and along 52nd St. to Delaware Ave.; thence continuing in and <br /> along 52nd St. and 52nd St. extended easterly as Main St. as <br /> a 24" diameter steel transmission main to a point adjacent <br /> to 1st S . and a service connection to the Mill Properties. <br /> (7 90( <br /> A 30" diameter steel pipe line complete with valves, fittings <br /> and connections to existing facilities in and along Delaware <br /> Ave. from 47th St. to 52nd St., all in Snohomish County, <br /> Washington. <br /> The City shall acquire all materials, equipment, real and <br /> personal property or interests therein, easements, franchises, <br /> rights-of-way and water rights necessary to carry out the above- <br /> described plans. <br /> All transmission and pipe lines, the reservoir, and the <br /> tunnel shall be connected one to the other or to parts of the existing <br /> water supply and distribution system of the City in order to make a <br /> complete operating utility. <br /> Said plans of improvements are all as more particularly set <br /> forth in maps, plans and specifications prepared by Gray & Osborne, <br /> consulting engineers of Seattle and Yakima, Washington, and such plans <br /> shall be subject to such additions or changes as to detail or other <br /> changes not affecting the main general plans as hereinbefore set forth <br /> as may be authorized by the City Council either prior to or during the <br /> actual course of construction. <br /> 4. <br />
