s . . + beginning at the City's existing reservoir No. 3 at a point 200 ' south and 200 ' east of the southerly end of Highway Place; thence westerly 200' and northerly 200 ' to the southerly end of said Highway Place; thence northerly in and along said Highway Place to Evergreen Way; thence continuing northerly in and along Evergreen Way to 52nd St.; thence easterly in and along 52nd St. to Delaware Ave.; thence continuing in and along 52nd St. and 52nd St. extended easterly as Main St. as a 24" diameter steel transmission main to a point adjacent to 1st S . and a service connection to the Mill Properties. (7 90( A 30" diameter steel pipe line complete with valves, fittings and connections to existing facilities in and along Delaware Ave. from 47th St. to 52nd St., all in Snohomish County, Washington. The City shall acquire all materials, equipment, real and personal property or interests therein, easements, franchises, rights-of-way and water rights necessary to carry out the above- described plans. All transmission and pipe lines, the reservoir, and the tunnel shall be connected one to the other or to parts of the existing water supply and distribution system of the City in order to make a complete operating utility. Said plans of improvements are all as more particularly set forth in maps, plans and specifications prepared by Gray & Osborne, consulting engineers of Seattle and Yakima, Washington, and such plans shall be subject to such additions or changes as to detail or other changes not affecting the main general plans as hereinbefore set forth as may be authorized by the City Council either prior to or during the actual course of construction. 4.
