Expenditures to be made <br /> from said fund under the direction of the City Engineer acting <br /> as Superintendent of the Sewer Department. All expenditures <br /> to be supported by receipts. <br /> Section 2: That a revolving fund in the sum of $100.00 is <br /> hereby established in the Water Department.
