. <br /> . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4L0 i 1 - .. <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Everett City Code, Section 15.04.320 <br /> providing for increase in the membership of the Board of Adjust- <br /> ment. . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN <br /> Section 1: That Everett City Code, Section 15.04.320 is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "A. CREATION OF, MEMBERSHIP, TERM AND COMPENSATION: <br /> il <br /> A Board of Adjustment is hereby established. The <br /> Board shall consist of five members, all of whom <br /> li shall serve without salary. The Board members <br /> shall be appointed by the Mayor with consent of <br /> l the Council and shall consist of citizens having <br /> an understanding of the benefits of zoning to the <br /> il municipality. In case any vacancy should occur <br /> ,i in the membership of the Board, for any cause, <br /> the Mayor shall fill such vacancy by making an <br /> appointment with the consent of the Council. The <br /> members of the Board may be removed by the Mayor, <br /> � <br /> subject to the approval of the Council for such <br /> causes as he shall deem sufficient, which shall be <br /> set forth in a letter filed with the Council. <br /> Appointments shall expire on December 31st . Present <br /> members of the Board shall hold office for the <br /> balance of their respective appointments .
