ORDINANCE NO.� °U v s <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: <br /> SHORE AVENUE from 33rd Avenue West easterly to <br /> Gardner Avenue, <br /> and <br /> GARDNER AVENUE from Shore Avenue southeasterly to <br /> a point 14 feet north of the south lines of <br /> Lots 28 and 31 in Plat of David' s Marine Acres <br /> by the construction of 6" cast iron water mains, fire hydrants <br /> and necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with <br /> prepared plans, also <br /> SHORE AVENUE from a point 1486 feet west of 33rd <br /> Avenue West to 33rd Avenue West, and <br /> 33RD AVENUE WEST from Mukilteo Boulevard north to <br /> Shore Avenue <br /> by the construction of 8" cast iron water mains, fire hydrants <br /> and necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with <br /> prepared plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and in ac- <br /> cordance with Resolution No. 6689 of the City of Everett, creating <br /> a Local Improvement District; creating a Local Improvement <br /> District fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said <br /> improvement by special assessments on the property in said <br /> district under the mode of payment by bonds . <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6689 of the City of Everett <br /> the City Council has declared its intention to order the improve- <br /> ment as above outlined and doing all work in connection therewith <br /> to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That an improvement be made of: <br /> SHORE AVENUE from 33rd Avenue West easterly to <br /> Gardner Avenue, and <br /> GARDNER AVENUE from Shore Avenue southeasterly to <br /> a point 14+ feet north of the south lines of <br /> Lots 28 and 31 in Plat of David' s Marine Acres <br /> by the construction of 6' cast iron water mains, fire hydrants <br /> and necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement, also <br /> SHORE AVENUE from a point 14+86 feet west of 33rd <br /> Avenue West to 33rd Avenue West, and <br /> 33RD AVENUE WEST from Mukilteo Boulevard north to <br /> Shore Avenue <br /> by the construction of 8" cast iron water mains, fire hydrants <br />
