i ' 1 <br /> a a , <br /> by the construction of 6" cast iron water mains, fire hydrants <br /> and necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may <br /> be necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance <br /> with the maps, plans and specifications on file in the office <br /> of the City Engineer of the City of Everett, which maps, plans <br /> and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. <br /> Section 2: The City shall pay toward the cost of the <br /> improvement a sum equal to the cost of installation of a 4 ' <br /> water line, and all costs of installation of water lines in <br /> excess of 6" , and all the cost of construction of water line <br /> in Mukilteo Boulevard. The local improvement district and the <br /> property lying therein, shall be assessed for all of the remain- <br /> ing costs and expenses of the improvement and shall be borne by <br /> and assessed against the property included in the assessment <br /> district herein created in accordance with the special benefits <br /> conferred thereon without regard to the zone and termini method <br /> of spreading assessments . The City shall not be liable in any <br /> manner for any of the remaining costs and expenses of the <br /> improvement except as provided by Chapter 141, Session Laws of <br /> 1923, of the State of Washington, or acts amendatory thereto and <br /> the ordinances of the City of Everett . <br /> Section 3: There is hereby established a Local <br /> Improvement District to be known as Local Improvement District <br /> No. which district shall include all the property described; <br /> ' in Section 4. <br /> Section 4: An enlarged local improvement district is <br /> hereby created, which enlarged district shall include the follow <br /> ing described property: <br /> Beginning at a point on the south line of Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard midway between the east line of 33rd <br /> Avenue West and the west line of Ocean Avenue; <br /> thence Ely along the so4h line of Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard to the west line of Ocean Avenue; thence <br /> in a NEly direction across Mukilteo Boulevard to <br /> a point midway between Shore Avenue and Mukilteo <br /> 1 Boulevard on the east line of Ocean Avenue; thence <br /> € Ely and following a line midway between Shore <br /> Avenue and Mukilteo Blvd. to the east line of <br /> Gardner Avenue in Plat of David' s Marine Acres; <br /> thence Ely to a point midway between the westerly <br /> terminus of Baker Drive and Mukilteo Boulevard in <br /> Plat of David' s Marine Acres; thence Ely and midway <br /> between the south line of Baker Drive and the north <br /> line of Mukilteo Boulevard to a point on the east <br /> line of Baker Drive which is midway between the south <br /> line of Taylor Drive at its juc""tion with Baker <br /> Drive and the north line of Mukilteo Blvd. ; thence <br /> Ely and following a line midway between the south <br /> line of Taylor Drive and the north line of Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard to an intersection with the east line <br /> of Seaview Way produced northerly across Mukilteo <br /> Blvd. in ,its present direction into Block 2, Darling- <br /> ton; thence Sly along said east line of Seaview <br /> Way produced N'ly to the South line of Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard; thence Ely along the south line of <br /> - Mukilteo Boulevardto a point half way between <br /> the east line of Seaview Way and the West line of the <br />
